Returns
- Unfortunately at this time, we do not accept returns on all hair color products for hygiene reasons. If you have received the wrong color or a defective product, we would be happy to replace it/ provide you with store credit.
- If you would like to switch products, kindly send a dm to @curlfitofficial within 6hrs of placing your order so your order can be exchanged. Unfortunately products bought on sale cannot be exchanged unless you would be paying in full for the product.
Refunds
- At this time, all sales are final and we do not accept refunds/exchanges on our products for hygiene reasons.
- If you would like to cancel an order, kindly send a dm to @curlfitofficial within 24hrs of placing it, as long as you have not received a shipping notification. Order Cancellations attract a 10% restocking fee to cover the costs incurred from your order.
- We provide tracking information on all orders as soon as they leave our warehouse. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, customernot pickingup calls, wrong phone number/unavailable phone number, you will be responsible for handling the second cost of shipping to your address. If you would like to cancel an order that has been returned to us, you would be charged a 15% restocking fee to cover the cost of the return and other charges incurred from the return. You will not be refunded for shipping fees
